Ideas
Early tactic ideas surfaced by the discovery answers. Not decided — raw material for the strategy/design session. Each ties back to something the client said.
Proof engine (from: outcomes = the whole game, but assets don’t exist yet)
- A case-study factory: template + light workflow that turns a reference district’s outcome data + testimonial into a board-ready one-pager, a webinar, and a sales leave-behind in one pass.
- A “district outcome report” the champion can forward upward and present to the board — turns renewal into a recurring, evidence-backed ritual.
Signal engine (from: public-records mining + 3 triggers + small team)
- Automated public-records watcher: monitor board agendas/minutes + strategic plans for the three triggers (new leadership, planning cycle, outcome-data drop) → auto-create a HubSpot task on the account owner with the source link. (Strong fit for n8n + the existing stack.)
- A “window calendar” per account overlaying budget cycle + board-approval dates + grant deadlines so reps act in-window.
Peer-halo engine (from: region/peer entry + board-meeting channel)
- A reference-district program: structured ask after a win → referral intro to 2–3 neighbors + offer to co-present at their board meeting.
- A regional “proof map”: visualize wins per cluster so AEs can see which neighbors are now reachable via the halo.
Multi-thread engine (from: KPI = relationship depth)
- A committee-coverage scorecard in HubSpot: for each district, who we know vs. the full committee, with a “next contact to add” nudge.
Positioning (from: edge = full partnership vs one-off small vendors)
- A repeatable “partnership vs. workshop” narrative + comparison asset aimed at the moment a small vendor is also in the room.
v1 surface ideas (mirroring the applied-learning approach)
- 🔎 Likely two surfaces, as in the sibling project: an operator/strategist view (account list, signals, committee coverage, window calendar) and an AE field view (per-account brief: who, why now, which proof to use). Validate in design.
