Inspired ABM (Account-Based Marketing)

An account-based marketing system for Inspired Instruction: targeting and nurturing specific named accounts (districts / schools / decision-makers) rather than broad lead-gen. The work spans the ABM playbook, campaign assets, target-account knowledge base, and the surfaces that operate it.

Framing question for every feature: Does this help us land and expand a specific named account faster?

Status: discovery done. knowledge-tree/ is populated from a 5-round discovery interview — start there (knowledge-tree/overview.md, then open-questions.md). No design system or implementation plan yet. Next steps mirror the proven flow used on inspired-applied-learning: resolve open questions → /office-hours or /autoplan (CEO + Design + Eng) → /design-consultation → v1 mockups. Sibling reference: ../inspired-applied-learning/ (its plans/, knowledge-tree/, DESIGN.md show the target shape).

Core thesis (from discovery): outcome data is the engine — it makes the champion, drives renewal, and is the differentiator — but the proof assets (outcome reports/case studies) don’t exist yet and are the #1 thing to build. Motion is regional peer-halo, land-and-expand into K-12 districts; KPI is renewal + multi-threaded relationship depth.

Conventions (to grow into)

• plans/ — reviewed implementation plans (autoplan output).
• knowledge-tree/ — concepts, open questions, ideas, reference synthesized from source docs.
• source-docs/ — original briefs, account lists, strategy inputs.
• DESIGN.md — the design system. Read before any visual/UI work once it exists.
